NSW GRC Golden Anniversary Show May 2014 - Every breeder's dream! Our small breeding and show kennel had a landmark moment at this show when our breeding won both the Conformation and Obedience rings! No other kennel had previously bred the Winner of Winners and BISS winner at the same show/trial run by the NSW Golden Retriever Club. To add to our immense pride our gorgeous Gilly (Ch Alnclair Gillys Hero) won a very well-contested Reserve Dog Challenge from the Veteran Dog class at the age of 9 1/2 years old. This is an AMAZING achievement of which we are EXTREMELY proud. What a way to celebrate the club's 50th year, and our 31st year in Goldens. Ch Alnclair Pink Diamond at Dobro (owner Liz Molnar and handler Jeanne Chaplin) won BISS from the Intermediate Bitch class, while OC Alnclair Mr Tanner UD (owners Marion and Glenn Manson) was Winner of Winners in the club's trial for a record-breaking 7th time. It will be extremely difficult (dare I say impossible) to top this day! GUISACHAN 2006 - A TRIP OF A LIFE TIME! We were extremely lucky to be able to attend the special celebrations of the GRC of Scotland's 60th Anniversary in July 2006. They were held at the ruins of Guisachan House, the birthplace of the Golden Retriever, and at Tomich, the village built by Lord Tweedmouth.

Above is one of the gates - see the "M" which is for Marjoribanks (pronounced "Marshbanks"). This is for Sir Dudley Coutts Marjoribanks (Lord Tweedmouth), the original breeder of the Golden.

Brie ( Alnclair Shooting Star JD ) is a versatile girl - apart from competing in Jumping and Agility as well as Conformation Shows, she has an occasional stage/musical acting career. See the "little princess"when she won a fancy dress competition!
Alnclair "Golden Geese" As a fundraiser for the NSW GRC who hosted the 5th National Golden Retriever Show in April/May 2004, people were asked to send in "goofy" tales about their Goldens. For a wee sample of some Alnclair Golden Geese, read on....
